We are currently seeking a Financial Planning Assistant, also known as a Client Service Manager, to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to your wealth team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
* Assist in preparing and maintaining client files and documentation.
* Conduct research and gather relevant information for financial plans and reports.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of client deliverables.
* Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing enquiries and providing general assistance.
* Support the implementation of investment strategies and portfolio management activities.
* Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.
Key Attributes:
* Strong interest in financial planning and a genuine desire to learn and grow in the field.
* Qualifications or experience in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
