Located in Port Stephens, The Anchorage Hotel & Spa offers luxurious accommodation from spacious rooms to mezzanine-style loft suites and an exclusive villa.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Office team.
Offering 24 hours service, the Night Audit position will include:
Responding to all guest requests and maintaining operational standards of the hotel in the absence of senior management.Deliver luxury service to internal and external guests.Complete the hotel auditing process on a nightly basis.Process financial transactions and produce audit reports.Follow up and report discrepancies.PMS System knowledge.This position will require availability to work across a 7-day roster between the hours of 10pm – 6.30am.
About you You describe yourself as someone with a positive attitude, a genuine customer service focus and the technical ability to process the nightly audit of all front office transactions.You are a mature and reliable self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised.A high level of communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle situations on duty without a manager present.Customer-focused problem solver with initiative that prides themselves on creating and delivering memorable guest experiences.Night Audit or Front Office experience highly regarded but not essential.Certifications required: RSA + First Aid Certificate.
