Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate in the planning and forecasting processes to align with commercial requirements. Sales Growth: Identify and capitalize on profitable trading opportunities to drive revenue and profitability. Sales Pipeline Visibility: Maintain transparency of new and existing sales pipelines and ensure strategic progress at each developmental stage. Business Plan Development: Create and implement tailored business plans that reflect both customer and marketing strategies. Sales Best Practices: Adopt and promote best practices in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and opportunity management. The Successful Applicant 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Key Account Management role within a CPG or FMCG context. Proven expertise in managing multiple product listings and key retailer relationships effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities to meet varied sales objectives. Strong written and verbal skills, with the capability to articulate innovative concepts clearly. Detail-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments.
