About the Role
As a Home Investment Lending Associate in our Team, you'll play a key role in helping support our customers to save for, buy, and own their own home or investment property. This role drives mortgage sales and cross-sale performance across the Retail Branch Network. They require in-depth product knowledge of ANZ and competitor Home and Investment lending products.

Role Location: Orion Springfield Central, shops 31-32, 1 Main Street Springfield Lakes QLD 4300
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
What will your day look like?
As a Home & Investment Lending Associate, you will have the opportunity to:
Work with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to support customers in saving for, buying, and owning their own home or investment property. Coach customers through each step of the journey. Act as a mentor to other members of the branch, coach them, and enjoy inspiring them to provide the best possible customer experience. Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customers' experience with ANZ is seamless. Deliver on our Customer Promises to ensure customers are strong advocates for ANZ. To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong customer focus, with home lending and retail banking experience. Significant experience in financial services and attention to detail. Experience in being an active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions. Ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to be proactive and work in a collaborative team environment. You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
