You will be a collaborator, who brings ideas and opportunities to policy problems, balancing risk and operational constraints. You will work independently, in teams and flexibly.Our ideal candidates will have:Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsUnderstanding of the policy development process and how it works to achieve outcomes.Policy development experience including contributing to preparing and reviewing policy papers, reports, presentations, briefings and correspondenceCandidates with an understanding and experience relating to the disability sector and market will be considered favourably.A relevant bachelor's degreeWhat's in it for you:You will be shaping policy, and design and implementing important reforms.
