Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience working in a commercial pastry production kitchen.
Be a good team player in a close-knit team and also able to work independently.
A great communicator with a passion for pastry.
The baker role will be Wednesday to Sunday with a 1am start most days.
The pastry chef role will be Wednesday to Sunday with a 4am start most days.
