About This Opportunity
A great opportunity for anyone (experienced or not) to join our well-established team and contribute to high standards that our resorts are known for.
As a Room Attendant, your role includes day-to-day turnover of rooms including linen changes, vacuuming, dusting, restocking of amenities, and maintenance and presentation of rooms and public areas.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Evening and weekend availability is essential to succeed. You'll be rostered to meet peak and flow of business demands.
What You Need to Succeed
* Previous Housekeeping experience (desired but not required)
* Ability to adhere to strict timelines and work in a fast-paced environment
* A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service to RACV members and guests
* Strong attention to detail with ability to personalise a service
* Great work ethic and experience working in a team environment
* Ability to work a 7-day rotational roster including weekends and public holidays
