The National Operations & Quality Manager is a newly created position reporting to the General Manager, with a dotted line to the Gearing Operations Director (USA). This national role is crucial in leading a team of operations managers overseeing operations, service, and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Responsibility: Oversee all Operations and Quality aspects to ensure compliance with contract conditions, standards, regulations, and company procedures.Quality: Support the sites across Australia in achieving SQDCI+G and financial objectives through effective application of the Regal Business System tools and methodologies to achieve continuous improvement.Qualitative and Quantitative Data: Analyses and organises complex qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources and compiles results into meaningful reports and presentations on a regular basis for key stakeholder groups.SQDCI+G: Lead and implement process improvement across the value stream to drive SQDCI+G measures utilising lean concepts.Ownership of Deliverables: Take full ownership of assigned deliverables as the National Operations leader in Australia.Learning Opportunities: Utilize structured problem-solving and process improvement strategies to create learning opportunities from missed deliverables or near-misses.Data Flow Development: Develop automated data flows for all Australian sites around KPIs, utilising tools such as Power BI.Data Management Methodology: Establish processes for operational leaders to effectively own and manage their data.Daily Deliverables Process: Develop, manage, and own the process for accurately rolling up daily deliverables' information to divisional leadership.About YouExperience in a similar Operations/Quality Manager role.Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably in industrial engineering or management.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Diversity & InclusionWe believe that diverse perspectives lead to better outcomes.
