Monadelphous is seeking a Workforce Team Leader to join our Workforce Management team. You will see yourself utilise your strong communication skills by liaising with various sites to ensure we meet operational requirements, with a focus on crew retention. Ideally you are passionate about customer service, take pride in your organisational skills and can foster communication between our site teams and the mobilisation rostering team.

What you’ll bring:
* 5+ years experience in a roster or site administration role within the resources sector
* 3+ years experience in the team leadership position
* Proof of right to work in Australia
* Experience in an end-to-end mobilisation process - organising medicals, training, PPE, booking flight and accommodation, site inductions and entry etc.
* Experienced and strong ability to lead and support a small team of their own
* Ability to work closely with site representatives and workforce management team to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to our employees
* Experience with workforce planning and forecasting
* Ability to adapt to rostering changes and ensure communication is maintained with affected sites
* Excellent time management skills and your flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
* Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite
* Strong problem-solving ability and a team focused mentality
