Performing daily checks on civil maintenance staff field staff ensuring that they have completed their relevant training and hold the correct licenses. Reviewing and improving KPIs and data validation of works. Actively performing site audits and inspections. Actively fostering a collaborative relationship with the client. Assisting in the development and review of Safe Work Methods (SWMS). Administration of the relevant field technicians, including approving timesheet data, processing leave requests, reviewing and correcting JAMS validation errors. Maintaining spending within limits of authority and maintain costs within budget requirements. Leading and advocating in accordance with Service Stream’s values of Safety, Delivery, People and Accountability. About you To be successful in this role, you would ideally possess the following: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Jetting and CCTV of sewer assets. At least 5 years’ experience within the Wastewater (or other underground utility) industry operations. Current Driver’s License. Strong commercial experience. Ability to interpret and understand civil and mechanical drawings and scopes of work. Understanding of SWMS, risk assessment, and analysis. Experience dealing with high-pressure, time-sensitive environments. Strong MS Office skills. High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to positively influence team members and working relationships. A strong client focus.
