The RoleUnder the direction of Park Managers and Relief Managers, our Guest Services Officer are responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of cabins, and common use areas for the maximum benefit of all stakeholders including property owners, guests, staff and the company.You will be required to maintain a high standard of work as you will be representing our company brand in all your work and guest interactions.The Guest Services team takes pride in maintaining the guest rooms and facilities to an exceptional standard.DutiesCleaning of cabins & single roomsLiasing with management and receptionStock control for Linen and consumablesCleaning of communal areasEssentialFirst Aid - (Can train if you require)Current CPR - (Can train if you require)National Police Check clearance upon onboardingWorking with Children's Check or equivalentWell-developed communication skillsDemonstrated ability to interact with different people in a professional mannerDemonstrated ability to prioritise tasksDemonstrated ability to work with limited supervisionBelgraviaPRO pride ourselves on our strict qualification requirements for each and every employee.We are willing to work with individuals who do not currently have their Blue Card and First Aid/CPR qualifications but are interested in working within our parks.We are currently developing an incentive program that will see you gain your BlueCard and First Aid/ CPR qualifications in order to help secure your employment with BelgraviaPRO.All working vis holders are encouraged to submit their application and as us about this new incentive program.
