As a result our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world.Job DescriptionContribute to and support delivery of the Australia and New Zealand and Asia-Pacific marketing and business development plan, working with directors, sector specialists, external suppliers and business generation and marketing teams.Support the identification of key market trends, and support the translation of these into market reports, campaigns and initiatives that enable us to engage the market.Generate a drumbeat of news to provide consistent external profile for website, social media and EDM distribution.Create a pipeline of internal profile-raising content that is aligned to the Australia and New Zealand business plan.Develop and cascade our pipeline of brand raising activities to ensure we maintain a strong profile with both our current and target clients.Manage the production of key marketing collateral working with sector, key account leaders and campaign teams.Coordinate the identification, production and high-quality submission of industry awards.Support the development and coordination of external events such as roundtables and seminars.Coordinate our presence at industry events and conferences, ensuring return on investment from sponsorships, conferences and initiatives.Manage the execution and analysis of marketing initiatives and return on investment.Be the custodian of brand across Australia and New Zealand, including delivery of training and managing roll out of new templates or tools.Support and champion national and Asia-Pacific Business Generation initiatives both within your own team and nationally as appropriate.Qualifications5 years+ experience across business development, marketing and communications in the professional services sector, ideally within the built environment.Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, English or a relevant field.Demonstrated experience executing multichannel strategy in PR, CRM, digital and events.A strong understanding of B2B / professional services marketing principles.Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions and optimise performance.Excellence communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with partners and senior leadership.Strong PC skills required.
