The Customer Service team is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our customer’s by providing an accurate, efficient and friendly betting and information service to all phone customers. The team are on hand to support our clients through the bet placement process, and manage escalations and enquires to ensure adherence to company guidelines and a seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: · Provide information and process bet requests within delegated authority after taking into consideration customer specific instruction · Escalate bet requests to management or bookmakers as required where there is security alert or suspicious activity on a transaction in line with company guidelines. · Assist in general customer service activities via telephone, email and live support. · Assist customers with opening new accounts and processing promotional payouts. · Ensure all client communication is professional and courteous and within company guide lines · Maintain and understand industry knowledge, trends and regulations and company policies
