About the RoleWe are seeking an Admin and Executive Assistant to join the team at Ecology Matters Australia. This part-time role will be based in the Bunbury region in your home office with face-to-face meetups occasionally. What you'll be doingProvide comprehensive administrative support to two directors and the businessCalendar and email managementCoordinate fieldwork logisticsMaintaining office systems and recordsBe the go-to person for keeping things organised and movingCoordinate paperwork such as safety documentation, basic reports and permit renewalsAbout youSignificant experience as an administrative or executive assistant (bonus points for small business or consulting exposure)Have at least five years of experience in an administrative roleExcellent organisational and time-management skills, with ability to prioritise competing demandsSerious attention to detail and tech savvyStrong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, client-focused yet kind approachSelf-disciplined and able to work independently and manage your time remotelyA flexible and proactive mindset — you're the type who sees what needs doing and jumps on itDiscreet, reliable, and trustworthy with sensitive informationA genuine interest in native fauna or environmental work is a big plusAbout UsEcology Matters Australia is a boutique fauna consultancy based in southwest Western Australia, specialising in fauna surveys for the mining industry.
