The Role: 7-month initial contract role Immediate start 3-4 days / week with Tuesdays and Wednesdays as anchor days and the others being flexible Potential to convert to full-time and permanent Eastern suburbs of Melbourne Key Responsibilities: Ensure all properties comply with regulations Timely actioning of support support requests Assist with establishing property budgets Establish and maintain an up to date database of suppliers/tradesmen Arrange for a standard monthly payment for all recurring monthly property charges (in accordance with Finance) Action account queries regarding property/leases/fleet/maintenance Maintain an up to date register of all property lease agreements Lodge and assist with property insurance claims Manage toll and traffic Infringements Monitor Fuel Account for Irregularities Monitor reporting from leasing company for end of lease vehicle Other tasks and duties as may be required within the finance team Key Requirements: Excellent computer skills High attention to details Excellent communication skills Accounts administration experience within a finance team, and ideally property maintenance and fleet experience If this sounds like you, please apply via Seek immediately.
