In this exciting role, you will lead walking tours through various Perth and Fremantle locales, captivating diverse groups with your knowledge and charm. You will be responsible for ensuring that every guest leaves with lasting, joyful memories.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead engaging and insightful walking tours around Perth, providing captivating commentary about the area's history, culture, and landmarks.
* Cultivate a warm, inclusive atmosphere, welcoming guests from all walks of life and acting as an educator, host, facilitator, and companion.
* Skilfully handle a range of scenarios with professionalism and poise, prioritising guest safety and satisfaction.
* Demonstrate exemplary organisational skills, including strict adherence to punctuality, effective time management, and the capability to excel both independently and collaboratively.
* Exhibit a magnetic and empathetic personality, effortlessly connecting with people of various ages and backgrounds, while attentively addressing guests' needs and questions.

* A strong commitment to customer service excellence.
* Familiarity with Perth's history and culture, or an eagerness to learn.

* HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certification, ensuring the highest standards of guest safety and care.
* Commitment of at least 6 months in the role.
