Job Description: As an Automotive Industry Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent in the automotive sector. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in Service Advising or New Car Sales to leverage their industry knowledge and transition into the recruitment field. Responsibilities: Source and identify potential candidates for various automotive positions, including DP’s, GM’s Fixed Ops Managers, Sales Managers, Service Advisors, Sales Consultants, Technicians, Parts Interpreters and many more. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience. Build and maintain a network of industry professionals. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. Utilise various sourcing methods, including local and online database searching, online job boards, social media, and referrals, to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes, perform reference checks, and verify candidate qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process. Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates and clients throughout the onboarding process. Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and changes in recruitment practices. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in service advising or new car sales. Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including job roles, skills, and qualifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to the hiring process. High level of professionalism and integrity. Remuneration: The remuneration for this position will consist of a retainer, plus commission, plus super. On Target Earnings for this role will be from $80k - $120k.
