You will report directly to the owner and be responsible for the overall success of the venue.Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate a dynamic team to deliver top-quality service.Ensure all tasks assigned to employees are completed to the expected standard.Manage staff rosters and scheduling to ensure smooth operations.Oversee hiring, training, and development of new team members.Maintain a clean, well-organised, and inviting venue at all times.Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships to keep inventory up to date.Take charge of venue maintenance and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.Quickly and effectively resolve any operational issues that arise.Maintain a proactive and hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.Attention to details and ensuring all products served to customers are to the correct standard.Closing Till (dealing with refunds/discounts/POS system).What We’re Looking For:Previous experience managing a restaurant, venue, or lounge.A passionate, positive, and hardworking attitude.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.Ability to think quickly and implement effective solutions.Excellent communication and organisational abilities.A hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and service excellence.Flexible work hours (working Fridays & Saturdays are mandatory); full-time position.If you’re ready to take the next step in your hospitality career and lead a fantastic team, we’d love to hear from you!Apply now and be part of something great!
