Reporting to the Regional Manager, East Business Unit, this is an autonomous role that will enable the successful candidate to make their mark within Coates, with strong ownership of the branch and maintenance network and relationships with fleet supply chain and transport operations. Acting in a strategic position, this role is accountable for the NSW South (West) region, overseeing the operations at multiple branches, upholding company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance and ensuring ability to grow revenue and profitability in due course.

• Engagement: Lead and inspire the operational team and branch network to develop and deliver continuous improvement strategies

• Financial Performance: Mentor and guide the operational teams to ensure achievement of financial targets.
• Asset Performance: Optimise utilisation of asset fleet through labour and maintenance efficiencies, with supporting strategies to deliver benchmark R&M spend performance
What you’ll bring to the role
We are seeking a candidate with a proven ability to develop and lead a team with strong safety values, driving accountabilities for operational strategies and the ability to build a strong engagement culture with all staff and customers alike.
A commitment to customer service through proactive communication, transport efficiencies, fleet allocation and a collaborative branch network will ensure the regions ability to grow. Developing a close relationship with the sales, service and transport teams is critical to this role.
