Assistant Development Manager/Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our multifaceted property firm, which operates in the retail, residential, and educational sectors. Key attributes include previous retail property experience with a focus on tenancy engagement and coordination, as well as a strong understanding of leasing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning, design, and execution of property development projects from inception to completion.
* Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential development opportunities.
* Support the preparation of financial models, budgets, and forecasts for development projects.
* Liaise with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and schedules.
* Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
* Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality.
* Contribute ideas to enhance project efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with property development software is an advantage.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated interest in property development and a desire to build a career in the industry.
