We are currently seeking an experienced Supply Manager to join the team and manage the inventory and purchasing functions for the hospital. The role will be accountable for all aspects relating to the processing of orders, timely receipting, dispatching and any other procurement related tasks. Inventory turnover and stock management strategies will be critical to the efficient operation of the department.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary as this role is pivotal to the successful operation of the business. To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate your experience in the below:
Demonstrated leadership and management skills (including HR management)Experience using an ERP, D365 or similarCompetent keyboard skills and MS office including intermediate Excel experienceAbility to analyse and explain supply dataExcellent communication, organisational and negotiation skillsAbility to physically handle medical and non-medical suppliesExperience managing a central store and live warehouseExperience managing min/max inventory parametersMinimum 2-4 years experience in a similar roleDynamics 365 experiencePersonal Attributes:
