THE ROLE:
Supporting the Strata Community Manager in daily portfolio management. Assisting clients, including owners, onsite caretakers, and committee members. Using a cloud-based platform for document preparation (agendas, minutes) before and after meetings. Managing a high volume of client interactions via emails and phone calls. Distributing correspondence efficiently. Attending meetings as necessary. Coordinating quote requests and work orders for maintenance and compliance. Maintaining extensive electronic records filing. Engaging in internal and industry educational programs. THE BENEFITS:
