Russo Estate is a family company operating in Diggers Rest. We are seeking a Part-time person to join our small team and grow with the company with the opportunity to advance to a Full-Time role. This role will involve doing accounts for more than 1 company.Hours: 9am - 3:00pm, Tuesday to FridayKey Responsibilities:Strong knowledge/Advanced in MYOB.Process invoices every day according to the company.Organise payments weekly.Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.Reconcile bank accounts regularly.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.Process weekly payroll.Yearly Workcover annual reconciliation.Generating KPIs, sales, stock, and financial reports for the director.Administrative Duties:Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.Organize and maintain office files and databases.Assist in managing appointments, schedules, and meetings.Order office supplies and maintain inventory.Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.End of day takings from onsite restaurant every morning.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Advanced in Microsoft Excel sheets for reporting.Qualifications:Proven experience in bookkeeping and office administration.Advanced in MYOB software and Google Drive.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently and within a team.Mature and Professional.Be part of a growing, dynamic team.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resumes, along with a brief cover letter detailing their suitability for the role, to ******.#J-18808-Ljbffr
