About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to help ensure our stores and our support office are safe, well maintained and enjoyable .
This is a role well suited to a highly capable and disciplined administrator.
Someone who has a deep understanding of retail environments and what it takes to keep a company's facilities in tip-top operational condition.
Experience in retail will give you a head-start in this newly created role, while experience in hospitality would also set you up for success.

What will you do?
Support all store teams with scheduling essential repairs and routine maintenance.
Source and manage relationships with local maintenance contractors for various services, including cleaning and repairs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for support office facility-related inquiries, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
Coordinate in-store music systems, including monthly updates.
Conduct regular reviews of repair and maintenance expenses, providing key insights to senior management.
Oversee daily and seasonal cleaning schedules for the Support Office facilities to maintain a pristine environment.
Coordinate the maintenance of lighting, HVAC, and lift systems to ensure operational efficiency.
Ensure all electrical equipment is tested and tagged in compliance with legislative requirements and manage the Support Office fire safety system.
What skills and experience do you need?
Proven ability to maintain high accuracy while multitasking effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear stakeholder interactions.
Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a quick response to change.
Highly organised and deadline-driven, demonstrating a proactive approach to task management.
Strong computer literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications.
High level of professionalism and work ethic, consistently delivering quality results.
