Goldwind operates on 6 continents in 38 countries and has more than 10,000 employees.The reason for this role:The Document Controller will report to the Senior Project Advisor and is responsible for managing the project’s technical documents. This is a 12-month fixed term contract with a potential to extend.What you will be doing?Check the document’s format and ensure that the project documentation meets the project requirements.Ensure that the internal (Sharepoint) and external (Aconex) folder structure is set up and being used correctly.Assist to set up the document process within the project and ensure that the documentation flow is tracked and happens smoothly.Provide information to the project team regarding the document’s status.Create and format documents as required by the Project and Site Management teams.Ensure documents are routed to the correct people (internal and external).Ensure documents are transmitted as per project requirements.Assemble the final documentation according to the structure which is set out for the project.What does your background look like?Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a document or records management role.Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office, Aconex, SAP, and Sharepoint.A knowledge of one or several EDMS would be highly regarded.Qualification in library management or record management would also be highly regarded.Goldwind Australia offers all their employees excellent benefits, career development pathways, support, and ongoing training.
