The Corporate & Institutional Transaction Banking (CITB) Transformation CoE, spearheads the strategic execution of the CITB initiatives across IB&M and MCG. Our priorities are to integrate and coordinate across the relevant domains, aligning strategic plans, implementing these strategies effectively and amplifying the voice of CITB customers in relevant initiatives.
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Associate Director to join our Transaction Banking Transformation team. You will play a pivotal role in re-engineering processes to elevate our customer experience to world-class standards. Your expertise will help drive the transformation of our operations, ensuring that we deliver superior service while maintaining the highest standards of risk management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Support and execute process re-engineering initiatives to enhance service delivery for IB&M and MCG clients.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rigorously challenge existing processes and technology designs.
6. Drive innovative solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
7. Ensure effective risk management and compliance with regulatory standards.
8. Provide strategic insights and leadership to influence transformation outcomes.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and success.
