You'll be responsible for understanding the value drivers of our key global services/products, assessing their performance, and identifying improvement opportunities through detailed analysis and experiment design.Key Responsibilities:Understanding Service/Product value driversDevelop knowledge of use cases, user behaviors & segmentation, and service mechanics (algorithms and models) across SEEK Group partner sites and countriesRun experiments and support the improvement of the experiment frameworkWork with senior colleagues to devise techniques and frameworks for automated algorithm optimization (multi-arm bandits and similar)Assist in driving continuous improvement of experimentation framework in scale, languages, speed of experiment, and quality of insight by choosing appropriate techniques (A/B testing, interleaving, Bayesian methods)Work with engineers to improve and automate data collection and testing frameworkAnalyze experiments and drive product improvementDesign experiments that address hypotheses and lead to trustworthy learningTest hypotheses and analyze results, segmenting where required to surface insights from experimentsArticulate findings and communicate recommendations back to the senior team and business stakeholdersAbout the Team:The Experimentation team focuses on building an experiment platform and assisting product teams understand the impact of innovation through experiments.
The team is highly skilled and maintains a fantastic reputation across the business.Qualifications:Background in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a discipline that makes substantial use of these disciplines (e.g., Bioinformatics)Experience with data pipeline technologies, demonstrating the ability to design, implement, and maintain efficient and scalable data processing workflowsStrong Python and SQL skills are required, along with exposure to Databricks, PySpark, Airflow, and KubernetesFoundational knowledge of hypothesis testing and associated statistical techniquesAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate and present data in a concise and meaningful way to stakeholdersProven ability to independently work with various stakeholder groups – data science, engineering, business stakeholdersWhat We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environmentA strong culture and clear purposeInnovation and investment in responsible AIOpportunities for career growth and development
