We’re expanding further with micro-sites targeting specialised product ranges, and we need a visionary Creative Director to steer our global brand identity. The Role: As our Creative Director, you’ll take full ownership of our creative strategy across easysigns.com.au, easysigns.com, and upcoming micro-sites. Without an in-house marketing team, you’ll wear all the hats - From crafting our brand’s look and feel to producing content and outsourcing expertise as needed. You’ll unify our identity across markets while adapting to regional nuances and niche product lines. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity and tone for Easy Signs across Australia, the USA as well as future micro-sites. Oversee content creation (product photography, videos, website visuals) for all platforms, ensuring consistency and quality. Craft creative strategies to drive engagement and sales, tailoring approaches for AU/US audiences and specialised product ranges. Source and manage external freelancers or agencies for additional skills (e.g., marketing, web design, or regional insights). Project-manage all creative initiatives, from global campaigns to micro-site launches, meeting deadlines and budgets. Stay ahead of design trends and signage industry shifts to keep our brand cutting-edge and relevant. Apply branding expertise to establish and maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice across all touchpoints. Incorporate UX/UI principles to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience across digital platforms. Generate regular reports on creative initiative performances, presenting findings and insights to the executive leadership team to guide strategy and decision-making. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Creative Director or senior creative role, ideally in e-commerce or a visual-driven industry. A stellar portfolio showcasing brand development, digital content, and multi-market or multi-platform work. Hands-on skills in visual design, photography direction and storytelling, bonus if you can create content yourself. Experience managing outsourced talent and juggling complex projects with global scope. Adaptable and proactive, with an ability to balance big-picture vision with detail-oriented execution. Comfortable working independently across time zones (AU/US) in a fast-paced, evolving business. Strong understanding of branding and the ability to translate data into creative insights that drive decision-making.
