About You:
As a qualified professional with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, you are driven and enthusiastic about working in the renewable energy sector, particularly within the asset management environment. Awareness of the ISO 55001 standard for Asset Management is desirable, supported by extensive technical and engineering expertise.
You excel at gathering, researching, and analysing diverse information sources, turning complex data into clear, concise technical reports. With strong technical writing skills, you’re adept at developing asset management plans and technical standards and are passionate about driving process improvements.
Your ability to collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior team members and combine asset and commercial insights with sound decision-making will make you a valuable asset in this role.
About the role:
In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our mechanical assets, focusing on asset risk, capability and performance. You’ll develop whole of life-cycle asset management strategies to ensure our assets can continue to deliver sustainable value for the organisation.
Your skills in risk-based prioritisation and cost-benefit analysis will help shape project scopes and objectives. You'll identify potential disruptions to critical assets, propose effective contingency plans, and provide engineering support in hazard studies. You will also be responsible for preparing maintenance and plant standards.
