Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean kitchen equipment, general kitchen areas, dishes, show kitchen, banquet kitchen etc.
* Maintain kitchen to a high standard of cleanliness at all times.
* Assist with goods receival and storage of deliveries.
* Time permitting - Assist with basic food preparation.
* Help unload deliveries and manage stock rotation.
* Dispose of waste and recycling maintain cleanliness.
* Provide general support to chefs and kitchen staff if called upon.
