Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment) Full time The Carter & Spencer Group is a family owned business who have been in operation for more than 80 years in Queensland – growing, packing and supplying fresh produce to Australia's retailers. Reporting to the Director – Group Operations, you will provide advice, support and guidance to the organisation on human resources policies, procedures, practices and initiatives. You will also manage Workplace Health & Safety, Workcover and some Group Services. Some of the things you will be responsible for are: Reviewing and updating policies and procedures Implementing annual changes under Modern Awards Recruitment and induction Conducting workplace investigations and reviews Providing advice and support to managers on employee performance Overseeing staff training Managing Workcover cases Workplace health and safety To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience in HR as a generalist or manager Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management Experience dealing with IR A thorough knowledge of the requirements of modern awards in the workplace Experience with social responsibility codes such as Sedex Experience with managing WPH&S requirements This full-time permanent role is based in Tennyson (Brisbane).
