We bring important day-to-day services together in one department to make things easy and seamless for Victorians and businesses.About the roleWe're on the hunt for a Learning & Development (L&D) Instructional Designer and Resource Developer who is ready to create innovative learning content. Reporting to the Manager, Learning and Development within the People and Culture Branch, the primary objective of the L&D Instructional Designer and Resource Developer is to facilitate the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective and captivating manner.You will be responsible for designing versatile learning programs, courses and content for induction and leadership, including virtual, face-to-face, and blended formats. Your expertise in adult learning and instructional design will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning experiences.About youTo be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate:Demonstrated experience in instructional design for adult learnersExperience in developing and implementing engaging and accessible learning programs/courses/modules/content for adults - in face-to-face, virtual, and blended formats (public sector experience would be highly desirable)Solid knowledge of Articulate e-learn course development software and at least one Learning Management SystemAbility to develop effective working relationships with stakeholders and communicate clearly to ensure mutual understanding of requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThis position is only open to applicants with relevant rights to work in Australia.How to applyApply before the advertised closing date 11:59pm on Wednesday, 05 February 2025.
