The Job:
An exciting, newly created opportunity is available for a Client Account Manager to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and organic growth within an existing client portfolio.
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and managing relationships across a portfolio of clients in government, pharmaceuticals and healthcare.
As a key liaison, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Nurturing Client Relationships: Manage a portfolio of recognised accounts, understanding their unique needs, and aligning the right products to meet their organisational requirements. You'll have the opportunity to upsell and maximize growth opportunities.
- Building Strong Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers, ensuring their voices are heard and valued.
- Collaborative with internal teams: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, technology, and customer service, to address product gaps and enhance service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for sustainable growth and work proactively to maximise them.
- Sales Collateral Creation: Showcase your creativity by developing compelling sales collateral.
- Tender Management: Lead or contribute to tendering processes for new accounts.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for client relationship management, a strong business acumen and a track record of building relationships across a broad set of stakeholders. Experience working with clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or government sectors is highly advantageous. A sales-driven mindset and a desire to challenge the status quo will set you apart as an instrumental member of the team.
