The Playhouse operates across a wide range of opening times, and you will need to be prepared to work on a mix of shift patterns. As a General Manager, your role will include: Delivering efficient cinema operation with outstanding customer service Ensuring high standards are maintained within the remit of Quality guidelines and Operations Manager standards audits Development of a cinema business plan, involving the cinema team, taking into account local, regional, and national targets Responsible for ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to Leading film programming, organization, and execution of specialized events The Person: The ideal candidate will have: Sales and FB experience required Demonstrated ownership of PL, driving revenue and controlling costs Cinema industry experience desirable A team leader with extensive experience in managing for exceptional customer experience A can-do attitude with creative flair What is in it for you?
