Permanent full time - Sydney based Career Growth Opportunity Join a leading top-tier financial services firm The IT L2 Support Systems and Network Engineer will provide comprehensive IT support to out internal across multiple offices. This role is critical for managing and resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth IT operations, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. BAU and project work. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1-L3 IT support for internal staff. Manage and troubleshoot ticket requests through Jira, prioritising and escalating based on category and urgency according to the company's SLA. Manage processes for onboarding new team members, terminations, and employee changes within the company. Develop process documentation to standardise troubleshooting and escalation procedures for the IT team. Coordinate with IT vendors and internal departments to manage hardware and software systems, product licensing, asset requests, security systems, and infrastructure projects and maintenance. Manage servers, desktops, laptops, Wi-Fi, mobile phones, and printers. Perform hardware repair and maintenance. Support and manage Office Suite (365) and Adobe Suite software products. Manage Azure Active Directory, Online Exchange, Intune/SCCM for desktops and laptops. Oversee room conferencing systems (Cisco Webex, Skype for Business, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) Manage Mobile Devices Management System (Airwatch & MDM) on Apple and Android mobile devices. Manage incidents/service requests via JIRA. Provide onsite, phone, and email support. Qualifications: Proven experience in L1-L3 IT support and network engineering. Strong knowledge of IT service management and ticketing systems (preferably Jira Cloud). Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective communication and documentation skills. Experience liaising with IT vendors and managing hardware/software systems. Ability to provide after-hours support based on urgency.
