As the Content Marketing Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content that captures the essence of the brand and drives engagement.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that elevate the brand across digital and offline channels, challenge industry norms, and push boundaries.

What will you do? Content Strategy Development: Own and drive the content strategy across all platforms, ensuring the brand tone and voice are consistent and engaging.
You'll work closely with the marketing team to ensure the content strategy aligns with business goals and audience needs.Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all content while aligning with marketing initiatives and the broader business strategy.Copywriting & Editing: Craft high-quality, compelling copy for a range of platforms, from social media to eDMs, blogs, landing pages, and promotional materials.
Your copy will resonate with their community and speak directly to the target audience.Creative Asset Development: Collaborate with design teams to create engaging still and motion assets, from social media graphics to video content.
You'll help shape the visual storytelling to align with the written content, ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.Web Content Optimisation & SEO: Develop and manage content for SEO, ensuring the website and digital content ranks highly and attracts the right audience.
This includes keyword research, on-page optimisation, using SEO best practices, and managing content updates across the website (via WordPress and Shopify) to ensure everything is fresh, functional, and aligned with marketing campaigns.Audience Engagement: Monitor content performance and engage with audiences across platforms.
Respond to feedback, participate in conversations, and adjust strategies to keep the community growing and engaged.What experience do you need? Proven Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2C and/or B2B content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role.
You're skilled at creating content that resonates and drives action across digital and offline platforms.Exceptional Copywriting Skills: You can craft compelling and persuasive copy that captures attention and keeps audiences engaged.
You'll be comfortable writing across various formats, from short-form social posts to long-form articles and blog posts.Strong Eye for Brand: You have an excellent understanding of brand storytelling and the ability to adapt tone and voice to suit different audiences and channels.
You'll ensure consistency and maintain the integrity of the brand across all content.A Passion for Fitness: While you don't need to be an expert in fitness, you're passionate about it.
You'll genuinely believe in the brand mission and translate that passion into your content.Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
to create and optimise digital assets.
