Job description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive/Manager to join a high-performing sales team in Sydney or Brisbane. The successful candidate will have a network in Commercial Real Estate and an understanding of facilities management and the delivery of property services.
Responsibilities:
1. Developing and executing business development strategies to achieve sales targets
2. Building and maintaining relationships with key clients in the Commercial Real Estate industry
3. Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements
4. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
5. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
6. Maintaining a strong knowledge of the industry and competitors
Requirements:
7. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management in Commercial Real Estate and Facilities Management
8. A network in Commercial Real Estate is desired
9. Strong understanding of facilities management and delivery of hard services
10. Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work autonomously
11. Excellent communication and presentation skills
12. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
13. Understanding of self-perform/self-delivery models is encouraged
