Come and be a part of this success. About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity to join BHP Olympic Dam providing quality administrative support to the Mine team. You will be an active team member, providing administrative support to the team, by adhering to operating requirements and striving for the achievement of individual, team and site objectives as directed. This role is also responsible for providing confidential clerical and daily administrative support to the Department Manager and their leadership team. This role is based at Olympic Dam and will be offered as residential (5/2 roster) or FIFO ex-Adelaide (5/2/4/3 roster). In this role you will: Provide confidential clerical and administrative support on a daily basis to the Manager Coordinate and assist in the Collation of Reports (both internal and external) Support and coordinate Department visitors Organise travel arrangements for the department Book conference rooms, laptop & data show and set up meeting requests as required Coordination of team meetings and functions Source and purchase goods and consumables within 1SAP, including reservations, requisitioning and service entries for all areas of your relevant department Take initiative to look for process improvements and to seek better ways of working Liaise with and maintain good relations with other administrators and departments across site Initiate and support improvement opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness and support the team’s BOS routines and contribute to maturity About You Experience responding to internal and external stakeholder inquiries in a courteous manner Previous demonstrated experience in an administration support role Excellent knowledge and experience with the use of 1SAP Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated experience in customer service, travel bookings, diary and email management Ability to communicate across multiple levels and disciplines Previous experience on a mine site will be highly regarded About Our Process At BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
