Brookmoore Constructions is an Australian wide commercial/shopfitting company and residential home builder in Southeast Qld. Based in Bundall, the Brookmoore Team is looking for an Admin / Project Coordinator superstar to join their commercial team.
Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in project planning /scheduling
Help manage and maintain Databuild including suppliers price lists and issue purchase orders
Analyse tender documentation and identify trade coverage requirements, and selecting the most appropriate suppliers and subcontractors for each project
Liaise with Centre Management for site inductions, security and general documentation
Correlate Health and Safety documents and ensure all requirements are met
Ability to order materials to meet project schedule dates and liaise with onsite staff and project managers
Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers and clients throughout project duration
Requirements
Experience in project coordination - within the commercial industry (prefer minimum 1 year – but will look at other industry experience)
Knowledge of project coordination / administration methodologies and tools
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Able to adapt to changing work requirements quickly
Strong computer literacy with advance skills in MS Office (particularly Excel), with knowledge of Databuild highly regarded
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Able to prioritise and manage deadlines
Self-motivated and willing to learn
Able to work autonomously
A positive attitude and a team player
Full time (Mon-Fri 7:30am - 4pm)
Immediate start
Salary $70K depending on experience
