Duties
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers in finding products that meet their needs.
* Maintain an expert knowledge of our brand's history, collections, and latest trends to effectively communicate with customers.
* Ensure the visual merchandising standards are met by arranging displays and maintaining store aesthetics.
* Process transactions accurately using our POS system and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.
Skills & Experience
* Previous management experience in retail.
* Confident with rostering.
* Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
* Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
