Essential Criteria:Experience working in an aged care facility, in-home, or as a community Support WorkerHolds relevant qualifications or working towards (Cert III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent)NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)Current Police Check (or willing to obtain)Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19 and Seasonal InfluenzaHave legal work rights in AustraliaCan commit to at least 2-3 shifts per week and willing to take short shiftsHas flexible availability and commitment to an ongoing rosterHas a caring nature, loves to engage with people, and possesses a 'can do' attitudeCan provide at least two solid referencesPreferred but not essential criteria:Experience working with people living with functional or mental disabilityCurrent First Aid & CPR TrainingDriver's license & fully insured carExperience with Manual HandlingExperience with Medication AssistanceUnderstanding of person-centred approachCurrent Hiring Locations: Sydney South-West region, Canterbury-Bankstown, Dubbo, Wellington, Mudgee, and Orange.

What will you do?Support Workers are responsible for the following but not limited to:
