Senior Project Manager x two (003686 and 003687)Up to 73.5 hours - flexible options available.DutiesDevelop, secure support, and drive the planning and implementation of the HRIS Transformation project and sub-projects to deliver HRIS solutions that are cost effective, smoothly implemented and meet customer requirements.Coordinate day-to-day activities relating to the successful undertaking of the project, including leading and directing project team members, monitoring project activity, timing and progress and providing project status reports and other reports as required.Proactively manage emerging issues, risks, and conflicts in the project to ensure they are mitigated, resolved or minimised effectively.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring key stakeholders are consulted, well informed and supported to participate in the implementation of HRIS.Develop and deliver change communications and engagement plans and support their implementation.
