Based at Cardiff 2285 and reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our relationships with Customers via incoming calls & email. In partnership with the team of Service Delivery People (SDPs) at the branch the Service Delivery Coordinator will build and maintain effective and efficient working relationships with all customers to ensure that we are always meeting our commitment to Service Excellence.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain positive customer relationships via phone and email interaction
* Effectively handle customer enquiries and provide customer support
* Accurate and efficient data entry
* Work collaboratively
* Strong knowledge and ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite
* Comply and support all health & safety procedures
Key Skills and Experience Required:
* Relevant customer service working experience, preferably in an office environment handling large volume of email correspondence
* Ability to work as a team and independently
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and people skills with clear and confident manner
* Excellent PC skills
* Be able to construct correspondence to both internal and external parties, using professional language
* Be able to think outside the box to resolve enquiries across all aspects of the business
* High attention to detail
