Cash Converters Pakenham is now hiring! We are currently seeking motivated and energetic people to join our franchise group. We have full-time and part-time positions available.
Our busy Cash Converters stores have been established for over 25 years and we pride ourselves as being leaders in this very competitive industry.
The successful applicant will possess good communication and computer skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
They will receive specialised negotiation training unique to our industry as well as training in the wide variety of products we deal in, including jewellery appraisal, technology, gaming, musical equipment, photography, personal finance, and much more.
Previous experience in a personal finance or customer service role will be highly regarded, but not essential as all necessary training will be provided.
About the role
* You will be providing a high level of customer service working with our customers in a busy Buys and Loans centre.
* Complete all transactions in line with compliant practices (Regulative, legislative, and operational).
* Liaise with customers using the highest levels of respect, professionalism & diligence.
* Work towards achieving individual and store targets.
Please note that the hours required will include Saturdays.
About you
* You will understand the importance of outstanding customer service.
* Ideally, you will have a basic understanding of the personal finance industry and its principles.
* Ideally, you will have previous experience in a face-to-face customer service role.
* Proficient in basic computer tasks, accurate data entry, and a high level of attention to detail.
