We are seeking an enthusiastic Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in mass hiring to join our growing team. This position offers the flexibility of working in a hybrid environment, allowing you to balance office presence with remote work.
Drive Talent Acquisition in Your Region
As a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an integral role in managing and executing our talent acquisition strategies across your assigned region. You will leverage your skills to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process, supporting our goal to attract top-tier talent who will thrive in our company culture.
Your Responsibilities
Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:
1. Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
2. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
Screening and Interviewing:
1. Review and assess resumes against job requirements and criteria.
2. Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications.
3. Coordinate and conduct interviews.
Sending Offers and Onboarding:
1. Send job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
2. Ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Key Skills and Qualifications
1. Experience: At least 6 months of mass hiring experience is a MUST.
2. Time Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
3. Customer Focus: A proactive approach to understanding and meeting client needs in the recruitment process.
4. Teamwork: Proven experience working collaboratively within dynamic, cross-functional teams.
5. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to interact with diverse stakeholders.
6. Technical Experience: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
7. English Proficiency: Fluent in English, as it's essential for clear communication and documentation, preferably B2+/C1 English level.
Work Conditions:
1. Hybrid: 2 days onsite - 3 days from home.
2. Working hours: 12 PM - 9 PM / 4 PM - 1 AM (2 Fixed Shifts).
3. Working Days: Monday through Friday.
4. Location: Maadi.
