We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified professional to join Puggles School of Early Learning Tamworth as a Centre Director.
As a Centre Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our childcare centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality early years education and care. You will mentor and guide a staff team and create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, and establish strong partnerships with families and the local community.

Develop and implement curriculum and educational programs that promote children's learning and development. Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators to deliver exceptional early years education and care. Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff. Manage the daily operations of the Centre in line with legislative requirements, Company expectations, policies and procedures. Establish and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Manage administrative tasks, including budgets, rostering, and resource allocation. Essential to have: A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best possible care and education for children. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Early Childhood Teacher or Diploma in Early Childhood Education qualifications (or working towards) Current Child Protection, WWCC, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis or be willing to obtain Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Education and Care Services Regulations Experience with the assessment and quality ratings process Experience managing a centre – including maintaining budgets, growing occupancy, staffing, building community connections Successful applicants will be required to undergo and pass a Working with Children Check.
