This hands-on role will include: Supervising, inducting, and training team members. Receiving, replenishing, and maintaining high standards of stock presentation in the store. Serving and building relationships with the customers. Closely working alongside the General Manager and Operations Manager to drive sales and overall growth within the company. You will be responsible for: Ensuring stock levels are adequate, rotated, and department presentation is well maintained. Ensuring security procedures are followed. Help develop, guide, and motivate a capable team of store staff of the highest quality and standard, Making sure the retail department is adhering to the HACCP guidelines. Learning every aspect of running a retail store Assisting the Operations Manager and General Manager in driving sales and achieving targets. Providing the highest standard of customer service. About You: Have previous experience managing/supervising a team. Be friendly, outgoing, trustworthy, and reliable. Have great communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment.
