Our client is established Managed Service Provider supporting SMB clients in Melbourne. The company provides IT support to all sectors but specially to construction industry.
About the role
Catering to small and medium enterprises throughout Melbourne, you will be supporting centralized helpdesk as the final technical point of escalation.
You will be the senior most Project Engineer working across pre-sales to end-to-end project implementation. The expectation from this role is someone who will take charge of projects and mentor juniors.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will provide final L4 technical support to problems, scope and implement projects, and ensure that the customers receive the highest level of service at all time.

5. Ability to operate independently and contribute actively as part of a team
6. Resolve L3/L4 escalation tickets across technologies such as Office 365, Admin / Migrations, Azure, OneDrive, SharePoint, End point manager, Veeam, Sophos, Watchguard, SentinelOne, MS Teams
7. Support multiple clients
8. Scope projects and provide technical solutions to the clients problems
9. Plan and execute projects across Office 365, server - Azure, OneDrive, SharePoint, End point manager, backup, Veeam, networking, Sophos, Watchguard
Experience and Skills Requirements:
10. Atleast 8+ years MSP experience supporting multiple customers at the same time
11. Ability to multitask and deliver projects with multiple customers in varying IT capability
12. Experience supporting and delivering projects across technologies Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange server, TCP/IP + DNS + DHCP and Azure knowledge
13. Excellent communication and customer service skills
14. Full Australian Driver’s License and own car
