This is a key role that will contribute to the continued success and expansion of our operations. We are a small but growing team of three professionals, and we need a dynamic Branch Manager who has both leadership skills and a deep understanding of the water industry to help guide our team and ensure efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a small team of professionals to achieve operational objectives and foster a positive work environment. Branch Operations: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring that processes are optimized for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. Strategic Growth & Business Development: Play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the branch, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the water industry. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and build relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities to expand the client base. Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Manage branch budget, ensuring financial targets are met, and implement cost-effective measures while maintaining service quality. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards within the branch. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates to senior management on branch performance, growth opportunities, and challenges. What We Are Looking For: Experience: Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role, ideally in the water industry or related field. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a small team, motivate staff, and create a high-performance culture. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the water industry, including key products, services, and regulatory requirements. Business Acumen: Strong commercial awareness and experience in managing branch budgets and driving business growth. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders. Problem Solving: Ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions quickly. Adaptability: A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
