You will provide first-class customer service, IT support, and maintain excellent Service Call management by providing local and remote diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of 1st and 2nd level desktop issues related to hardware, software, or peripheral devices.

Here's what we are looking for; Outstanding communication, collaborative & coordination skills gained through previous work experience in a similar positionSeveral years' work in service desk support as well as relevant onsite services experience for a number of yearsSuperior knowledge of enterprise-level desktop related IT hardware and the configuration of components and driversPrior experience in issues, troubleshooting, and resolution of enterprise-level desktop IT hardware, software, and peripheralsNetworking principles and infrastructure knowledge as well as MS Exchange and Microsoft products for use in a LAN environmentAbility to work autonomouslyProven ability to work as part of a service-oriented teamExcellent time management skills & ability to prioritise & manage conflicting critical issues/technical problemsThis is a fixed-term full-time opportunity until February 2026.
